Alice Katherine Langdon Duke passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019.She was 88 years old.Alice was born in Thomastown and had been a resident of Vicksburg since 1959.She was a kindergarten teacher at Goodrum Baptist Church for many years.She is preceded in death by her husband, O.C. Duke, Jr.; brothers Bill Langdon, Walter Langdon, and Howard Langdon; and sisters Nell Langdon and Jenny Langdon.She is survived by her son, Phillip Duke; daughters, Angela Purvis, Mary Duke, and Alice Luckett; a granddaughter, Jennifer Payne; grandsons David Duke, and Justin Luckett; great-grandsons Ford Payne and Duke Payne; and a great-granddaughter, Arden Payne.A graveside service will be 10 AM Monday, July 22, 2019 at Antioch Cemetery.
