Anita Lofton King left her earthly home to live in the mansion prepared for her by her  Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  She loved the Lord with all her soul and enjoyed being with her Church family at Triumph Church,  until her illness prevented her attendance.  She lost her battle with cancer on November 8, 2021, now her body is healed.

She was born to James C. and Doris V. Lofton on March 31, 1941.  She was preceded in death by her parents;  husbands,  George (Mike) Riddle and Robert King.  She was also preceded in death by her brother, Terry Lofton and sisters,  Judy McGrew, Linda Arendale, and Glenda James.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Mike Riddle of Vicksburg, grandson,  Bradley Riddle of Houston Texas, granddaughter,  Chelsea (Logan) Bosar of Denmark,  Wisconsin;  brothers,  Paul Lofton (Barbara) of Missouri and George (Angela) of Waller,  Texas;  sister,  Myra Launius of Camden,  Arkansas and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed traveling and looked forward to her visits with family.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m.  on Sunday, November 14 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 1830 Cherry Street and 10 a.m. on Monday until the hour of service.   Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 15 at Fisher Chapel, 1830 Cherry Street.  Interment will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Maurice Burnhan, Teddy Launius,  Kenny Fields, Terry Jackson  and Charles Bryant and Walden Bost.  Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Adams and Dwight Baker.
