Annie Doris Glassl Tabor passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 at the Vicksburg Convalescent Home.  She was 75.  Mrs. Tabor was born in Vicksburg on March 4, 1948, to the late Dutch Glassl and Doris Glassl.  She was a graduate of the St. Francis Xavier Academy and two years at Hinds Community College.  She retired from the Veterans Hospital in 1999 on disability from a stroke.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by  her husband of 43 years, Jesse A. Tabor and nephew, A.J. Scott.

She is survived by her mother, Doris Glassl and a sister, Amye G. Scott.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 11 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue, with the Rev. Rusty Vincent officiating.  Visitation will be from Noon until the hour of service.

Pallbearers will be Glynn Foster, Alvin Foster, John Woods, Brandon Daffron and R.K. Foley.

Honorary pallbearers  will be staff of Vicksburg Convalescent Home.
