Barry Wayne Jones, a life-long resident of Vicksburg, MS, passed away Tuesday evening, April 16, 2019, at the age of 63. He was in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Beloved son of the late Shannon and Sarah Jones, he is survived by his wife of 42 years, Darlene Jones. Devoted and loving father, Wayne leaves to mourn his 5 children: Danielle Brewer, Abbey Jones, Fallon Aguilar, Shannon Jones, and Jordyn Jones, along with 7 grandchildren. Wayne was a very kind and generous man who took pride in being a loving husband and father, a playful grandfather, an encourager, a protector, a provider, a confidant, and a great story teller. Prayers of support for the family would be greatly appreciated. Visitation will be held at First United Pentecostal Church at 11am on Friday, April 19, 2019 followed by services at 12pm with Pastor Tipton officiating. Burial will be at held at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
