Betty Sue Hunter passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at her home.  She was 77.  Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Leon Thomas and Flossy Louise Thomas; a son, Brian Keith Hunter; grandson, Austin Kristian Hunter; two sisters, Mary Baugher and Alice Collins; four brothers, Billy Thomas, Bobby Thomas, Neil Thomas and Pascal Thomas.

Survivors include her children, Kelly Hunter (Sandra), Terry Hunter (Margie),  Lori Manues and Amanda Brown ( Ricky); 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; one sister, Maxine Wright and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was of the Baptist faith and attended Culkin School.  Betty loved and lived for her family.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7 at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Justin Hunter, Logan Hunter, Matthew Hunter, Daniel Manues, Tyler Hasty and Nick Coon.

Honorary pallbearers will be Eric Hunter, Kevin Hunter, Jonathon Grantham and Michael Posey.
