Claire Jean Bridges Kelley passed away on November 20, 2020 at her daughter's home in Vicksburg, MS.  She was 88.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph Frank Bridges and Louise Tribble Bridges of Ruleville, MS.

Mrs. Kelley held a Master's Degree in Special Education from San Francisco State University in California.  She retired from her teaching position after 20 years of service in the Antioch Unified School District in Antioch, CA.

She was a member of Porter's Chapel United Methodist Church in Vicksburg, MS.

Mrs. Kelley leaves two daughters, Linda J. Renfroe (Mike) and Joy Renfro-Kiser (Johnny), of Vicksburg, MS.

Mrs. Kelley leaves three grandsons, Jesse Brogdon (Jessica) of Russellville, AR; Joe Renfroe (Emily) of Vicksburg, MS; and Jeremy Brogdon (Laura) of Greenbrier, AR.

Mrs. Kelley leaves four great grandchildren, Haden Brogdon and Reese Renfroe of Vicksburg, Charley Brogdon of Greenbrier, AR, and Sayge Brogdon of Russellville, AR.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. Kelley of Vicksburg, MS, her sister, Joann Bridges Wakham of Memphis, TN, a brother, Joseph F. Bridges of Brandon, MS, and her grandson, Joshua C. Brogdon of Edmund, OK.

A graveside service will be at 2pm on Friday, November 27, 2020 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg, MS under the direction of Fisher-Riles Funeral Home.
