Clara Faye Hearn Oakes went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was 89.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Clifton Ray Hearn and son Douglas Ray Hearn.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, John Oakes, her daughters, Sandra (Kelly) Worthy, Wanda (Curtis) Whatley, Sharon (RD) Forbes, Barbara Hearn, and step children Deanie (Myles) Forbes, John Earl (Paula) Oakes, Nathan (Kathy) Oakes. Many grandchildren and great grand children.

She was a member of Bradley's Chapel United Methodist Church. She served the Oakridge Community for many years and was loved by all.

Services will be Tuesday, February 2, 2021. Private visitation for immediate family only 9-11, followed by a private service at 11. Graveside service will follow at 12 at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.  Family and friends are asked to join us there. Mask required.

Pallbearers will be her nephews, Joey Hearn, Barry Youngblood, Billy Brent, Jesse Brent, John Brent, William Hearn, Anthony Hearn, Dean Hearn, Nelson Hearn, and Hank Hearn.

Honorary Pallbearers will be John Earl Oakes, Nathan Oakes, Miles Forbes, and Donnell Youngblood.
