Obituary

Coleman Cain McKay, Born in Vicksburg, Jan 23, 1981.  He entered in to heaven May 14, 2022.  He died at home after a long battle with addiction and severe depression.  He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.  He graduated from Vicksburg High School where he played varsity soccer.  During high school, he was a Sub-Deb sweetheart and a Cotillion beau.  He also attended Miss State University and Ole Miss .  He never met a stranger and loved people. He especially wanted to help people that suffered with their own additions.  He was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman.
He leaves behind, to cherish his memories, his wife Kelsey McKay, his grandmother Suzanne Jones McKay, his mother Beverly Feminella (John), his father Kenny McKay (Cindy), his brothers Colby McKay  (Ashley) Jacksonville FL and Caleb McKay Knoxville TN.  He was most proud of his children, Ava Obert Mountain Home AR, Audrey McKay and Coleman McKay of Brandon, and Lanna McKay.  Cain would want any person with a mental illness to please seek help and not be ashamed.  Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the Batson Children's Hospital or any charity of your choice.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11 AM on Friday, May 20 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue.   Visitation will be from 9 AM until the hour of service.  I prayed to the Lord and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.- Psalm 34:4
