Obituary

Eldra C. Wells of Blytheville, passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 at Kings Daughter and Sons Nursing Home in Bartlett, Tennessee.
Eldra was born in Collins, Mississippi to George Ellis and Pellie Wade Craft and lived 100 amazing years. She was a homemaker and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Blytheville. Eldra was a former member of the Blytheville C.B. Squad. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and was a great cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elijah Wells; her parents; and daughter, Mary Catherine Brown.
Eldra leaves her son Allan Wells of Cordova, Tennessee; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 25th at 3:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Smith officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Kings Daughter and Sons Nursing Home in Bartlett, Tennessee.
A visitation will be held in Vicksburg, MS at Riles Funeral Home on Friday, April 29, 2019 from 1PM until 2PM with a graveside service immediately following at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
