Mrs. Evans, a member of North Monroe Baptist Church, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and bowling. Mrs. Evans loved finger painting with the grandbabies, and baking pecan pies with her husband.

She is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, Greg Evans; daughters, Paula Kirby Garrett of Marshall, TX, Krystal Evans of Madison, AL; sons, Chad Gordy of Vicksburg, MS, Thomas Keith Evans of Sequim, WA; sister, Rhonda Sullivan of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Tripp Kirby, Trace Kirby, Kenna Kirby, Emily Gordy, Kaylee Gordy, Emma Skeen, Nora Loftin, Bastin Evans and Charlotte Evans.

Mrs. Evans is preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Iva "Jo" Wilson and granddaughter, Sarah Rowell.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Riles Funeral Home.Visitation will be from 12 noon until the hour of service.
