Ellen "Fay" Hazzlerigg died Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Heritage House in Vicksburg.  She was 94.  Born in Lexington, MS she was the daughter of the late Edward and Iona Mann.  She had been a resident of Vicksburg for most of her adult life.  She, along with her late husband, Ed "Junior" Hazlerigg owned and operated Hazzlerigg's Garage.  She was a member of First Christian Church.  She was also active in the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Clifton Rusche and her second husband, Ed Hazzlerigg, Jr.

She is survived by two sons, Paul Rusche (Gail Caruthers Meacham) and Phillip Rusche (Audrey); five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren; and her four-legged companion, Jack.

Services will be at 2 PM Monday, December 13, 2021 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue.  Visitation will be from Noon until the hour of service.
