Gloria Jackson went to her eternal rest at 88 on January 2, 2025 after a hard year of challenges.  She was born in St. Louis, Missouri and spent most of her life in Vicksburg, MS. (1968).

She is preceded in death by her husband, J.P. Jackson.

Gloria is survived by a son, Joseph Jackson, Jr.; a daughter, Terry Brock (David); two grandchildren, Kimberly Brock and Erin Brock; one great-granddaughter, Rachel Gatewood.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, January 6 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue.  Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7 at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
