James Scott Kelly died Tuesday, August 13, 2019.He was 59.Mr. Kelly was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Kelly.He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Tankesly; his mother, Glenda Kelly, a grandson, Cullen Tankesly, a brother, Alan "Smokey" Kelly (Ginger); and two nephews, Ryan Kelly and J.R. Reaves.A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Vicksburg, MS.Visitation will be from 10 AM until the hour of service.
