James Edward Woodham, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 after a lengthy battle with cancer.  He was 79.  James was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist faith.  He was a retired contractor.  James was a caring, loving person who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.   James was preceded in death by his parents, Bud Woodham and Lula Woodham; one daughter, Kelli Woodham.  He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Jackie Woodham; three sons; three stepchildren; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 14  at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Bert Bryant officiating.   Visitation will be held from Noon until      the hour of service.   Interment  will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.   Pallbearers will be Larry Frost, Robert Mosley, Gary Grammer, Joe Padula, Tim Hynum and Tim Trevillion.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Martin and Ken Patterson.
