Obituary

Jason Thomas Meyer left this world physically on November 12, becoming one of our
guardian angels, who will protect us, guide us, and watch over us. Jason was born in
Lakeville, MN where he spent his childhood and early adult years. Jason moved to Key
West, FL with his husband, Chad, in 2012, where they created many loving, wonderful
memories and long-lasting friendships. In 2020 Jason and Chad relocated to Orlando
Florida, were their love for one another continued to blossom.

During his career, Jason excelled at sales and hospitality management and met many
people from around the world with whom he maintained meaningful friendships. Jason
was creative, ambitious, and generous, and saw the best in everyone. When he entered
a room, his aura shined bright, and his laughter was contagious. Jason was truly a one-
of-a-kind individual with a pure heart and soul that was loved by many.

He will be greatly missed.

Jason leaves behind his loving husband of 15 years, Chad Gramley, his parents Jay
and Diane Meyer, brother Jon (Angel) Meyer, brother Tim (Emily) Meyer, twin brother
Jeremy Meyer, sister Dana (Philip) Ozak, and aunts Becky Daniel, Jill Jacobs, and
Rebecca Jacobs, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who he dearly
loved.

Jason was proceeded in death by his grandfather Leon L. Jacobs, grandmother Phyllis
W. Jacobs, grandfather John Meyer, grandmother Thelma Meyer, uncle Michael Jacobs
and aunt Karen Meyer.

We can be at peace knowing that Jason was greeted by all these wonderful, loved ones on the day of his passing.

Jason enjoyed coming to Vicksburg to visit his grandfather and family. Jason's wishes
were to be cremated and to have some of his ashes buried near his grandparents in
Vicksburg, MS. He will be buried at the Anshe Chesed Cemetery. There will be two
Celebration of Life services held in his honor. The first one in his hometown of Lakeville
MN, and the second one on the little island of Key West FL that Jason fell in love with.

Burial Services will be held Tuesday November 21 at 11:00 am at the Anshe Chesed
Cemetery, Vicksburg. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you make donations to the
Florida Keys SPCA (https://fkspca.org/donate), where Jason himself shared his love for
animals.
