Joseph Theodore Ryals' Obituary
Joseph "Joe" Theodore Ryals of Vicksburg passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 Select Specialty Medical Center in Jackson. He was 79. He was the son of the late Joseph T. Ryals, Sr and Ruby B. Ryals. He is survived by a son, William Ryals (Krista) of Vicksburg.
