Juanita Boehm Lee Brown was born January 22, 1936.  She went home to be with her Lord June 27, 2022.  She was age 86.

Born in Clarksdale, MS, Mrs. Brown had been a resident of Vicksburg since 1966.  She was the daughter of Bennie H. Boehm and Billie Cotton Lee, step-daughter of Lloyd C. Lee.  She was preceded in death by her parents and step-dad, and brother Lloyd C. Lee, Jr.  She was a graduate of Clarksdale High School and attended Texas State College for Women.  She was a member of Wilderness Baptist Church.  Her hobby for many years was genealogy.  Her grandchildren teased her by saying she collected dead folks.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother always concerned about her family.  She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Lee Butler Brown of Vicksburg, two children, daughter Dixie Lee McKenzie of Holly Springs (Charlie Patton of Collierville, TN); and son B. Carson Brown (Bridget) of Laurel; five grandchildren, Chad L. Hicks, Kellie Amber Edwards, Ashlee Brown, Ethan Brown and Conner Brown (Laura); and seven great grandchildren, Conner Hicks, Austin Morgan, Harrison Wheeler, Haley Wheeler, Paxton Lee Brown, Ann Hartwell Brown,  and Kashton Butler Brown.  A  memorial service  will be held  at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6 at Wilderness Baptist Church.
