Kathryn Ann Evans died Wednesday, October 30, 2019.She was 62.A native of Pennsylvania, Ms. Evans had been a resident of Vicksburg for the past 34 years.She was a graduate of Mississippi College and received her master's degree from Syracuse University.She was a past employee of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.Ms. Evans was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Evans and Elizabeth Brannon Evans.She is survived by her daughter, Carmen Parmegiani, her lifetime friend, Jacques Parmegiani, a grandson, Cade Riddle; two sisters, Malinda and Jennifer; three brothers, Tom, Roy, and John; and a special friend, Linda McCammon and her husband, Danny.A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 6 from 3 PM to 5 PM at Riles Funeral Home.Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN38105.
