Margaret Helen Stout Anderson, 84, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018 at Ms Care Center of Raleigh, where she was currently living.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruel Shelton "Andy" Anderson; her parents, Johnny Stout and Frances Roberts Stout of Vicksburg; step-son, John Anderson of Brandon; daughter, Rosie Lee Anderson of Florence; great-grandson, Caleb Henderson of Puckett; a sister, Betty (Bo) Wright of Arizona and three brothers of Vicksburg.
Survived by daughter, Wanda Priester of Texas; daughter, Sue Rodgers of Brandon; son, Bobby Anderson of Brandon; daughter, Debbie (Tommy) Buckelew of Learned; son, Troy (Sherry) Anderson of Puckett; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She and her family lived in several Mississippi counties throughout the years including Simpson and Hinds. They also resided in Texas and Louisiana for a period of time but most of her life she resided in Rankin County. She did reside again in Warren County for several years before her final move to Smith County. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 7 at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home in Vicksburg, with the Rev. Bert Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.
