Margaret Pagan passed away on November 22, 2021.  She was a very loving wife and mother and always put other people before herself.  She would help anyone if she could.  She was the youngest of 11 children  and was the daughter of Mary Lee (Whitten) Boone and John W. Boone.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Louise Boone Mullen, Leona Florence Boone Beesley, Daniel L. Boone, John Austin Boone, Margie Boone Foley, Vinkly Boone, Vernon L. Boone, Wilfred L. Boone, James W. Boone and Annie L. (Boone) Hunter; her husband, Billy W. Pagan and two sons.

She is survived by one son, Randall H. Pagan and  many nieces, nephews. cousins, grandchildren and even some great grandchildren.

So as you can see, she was a very strong woman, but she finally lost her battle with congestive heart failure on Monday morning at 5 a.m. on November 22, 2021.

Margaret graduated from Culkin Academy in 1957,  where she loved to play basketball and made many lifelong friends.  She loved to sit, talk and laugh with her friends and neighbors.  She rededicated her life to the Lord on November 19, 2020, one year before her death, so we fill sure that she will be raised in the last day to see "her Jesus" that she loved dearly.  We will truly miss her, but take comfort in knowing that she is out of pain and waiting til the Lord calls her name.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 5 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue.  Services will follow at 2 p.m.
