Mary Kimball Bufkin, age 65, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on January 15, 2026.  She was the daughter of Mary Dell Conway Bufkin and Luther Marion Bufkin.  She graduated from Warren Central High School and attended Bovina Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, Kimball was preceded in death by her brother, Luther Marion Bufkin and a sister Ruth Lanier Bufkin Cunningham.  She is survived by several nieces, a nephew and cousins Carol Conway Duncan and  Emily Conway Bayley.

She loved her Lord and was constantly caring for others.  She will be missed by her Monday Morning Bible Study Group.  She was a very talented cook and enjoyed making meals for family gatherings and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Bovina Baptist Church with Mark Yelverton officiating.  Honorary pallbearers will be John Michael Allen, John Bowen, IV, Landon Cash, Chad Duncan, Waverley Duncan, Richard Hunt, II, Edward (Mac) McKnight, Walter Osborne, Brandon Rut, and Tim Yelverton.
