Mary Elizabeth Stewart passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022 at her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren.  She was 87.  Mary was born on June 13, 1934 in Natchez, MS.  She married Bill D. Stewart  and Vicksburg has been her home for the past 61 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband; mother, Bessie Bailey; her brother, Bill Bailey; and daughter, Rhonda Gwen Stewart.

Family survivors include her daughter, Wanda Walthall (Michael); sons, Timothy (Demi), Dane (April), Billy and Randy Stewart. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Justin Walthall, Wesley Walthall, Kelsey Stewart and Scarlett Stewart; and her great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 2 at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Fisher-Riles Funeral Home.
