Mary "Carol" Weimar

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2pm on Tuesday , March 25th  at St.  Paul Catholic Church in Vicksburg, MS for Carol Weimar , 94, who passed away on March 11, 2025 at Highland Home in Ridgeland, MS.

Interment will be held  at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg following Mass.

Carol was proceeded in death by her parents, Otto F Weimar and Iris Hude Weimar;  sister,  Mildred R Weimar and brother and sister in law,  John and Bitsy Weimar of Baton Rouge.

She will be fondly remembered remembered by niece and nephews, Ashley Weimar Alexander and husband, Tim,  John W. Weimar, Jr. (Chip) and wife, Lallah S. Weimar and William A. Weimar and wife, Mary W. Weimar along with numerous great nieces and nephews.

The Weimar family were long time residents of Vicksburg. Carol moved to Jackson years ago and worked for the Federal Government. She was a proud graduate of LSU where is was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. In Jackson,  she was a very active member of St Richard's Catholic Church.

The family would like to thank the staff of Highland Home for the loving care provided to Carol. May she rest in peace.
