Maxine F. Mann passed away on October 20, 2021.  She was 93.  She was the daughter of the late Homer L. and Rhoda S. Ford.  She was preceded in death by her parents; nine brothers and sisters; one son, Shelby J. Mann, III; great-granddaughter, Morgan C. Caruthers.

Survivors include her daughters, Georgia M. Caruthers (Tom) of Vicksburg,  Edwina M. Carpenter (Randy) of Gatlinburg, TN; grandchildren, Tac Caruthers (Renee), Adam Caruthers (Amber), Jeff Caruthers (Nancy), LuJuan Pearce (Opie), Richard McCaa (Victoria), Josh Carpenter (Yulia), Brandy Carpenter and Justin Mann; great-grandchildren, Brandon Caruthers, Rhoads Caruthers, Jonathan Caruthers, Blake Caruthers, Brooks Caruthers, Jessica Taylor (Alan), Zack Pearce, Jase Mann and Isla McCaa; great-great-grandchildren, Taylor Taylor and Henry Taylor.

She was the Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star in Port Gibson, MS.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m.  to 12 p.m. on Friday, November 19 at the Vicksburg Seventh Day Adventist Church on Lee Road. Memorial services will follow at Noon.
