Norma Bradham Butts-Kelsey died Thursday September 17, 2020 in Kosciusko, MS. She was 95.  Mrs. Kelsey was a resident of Vicksburg for 47 years before moving to North Carrollton, MS where she lived for the past 11 years.  While in Vicksburg, she was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.  She was also a member of Carrollton Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilkes and Beulah Bradham; her husband, Denzil Butts and her second husband, Howard Kelsey; a son-in-law, Ben Burrell; three brothers, Bobby Bradham , Red Bradham, and Sonny Bradham; a sister, Raydene Hensley.  She is survived by two daughters, Charlene Senn (Don) and Karen Burrell; a sister, Jackie Duke; five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 1:00 PM Monday, September 21, 2020 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue in Vicksburg, MS.  A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bob Burrell, Chris Steed, Ray Burrell, Dee Steed, Seth Burrell, Lawson Steed, and  Rolin Steed.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
