Owen G. Willoughby passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Merit-Health River Region Medical Center. He was 82. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29 at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Fisher-Riles Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be James Nowell, Sr., C.R. Nowell, Jason Nowell, Tony Nowell, Jimmy Deere and Timmy Harrison.
