Patsy O'Connor Cogan passed away on April 5, 2025 at the age of 88. She was born October 2, 1937 and was employed for over 35 years with Warren County Schools. She was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son Phillip R. O'Connor; her father and stepmother, Leo B and Hermine Phillips; her mother and stepfather, Thelma and Ernest Harmon; and a sister, Frances Jackson.

She is survived by three daughters: Patricia Carlisle(Steve), Donna Bailey Neal, and Robin Nosser(Larry Jr); four grandchildren: Brad Carlisle, Stephanie Spivey (Morgan), Ashley Desmond, and April Ann Pierce (Jeff) seven great grandchildren: McKenzie Bockman, Max Carlisle, Cody Spivey, Chessa Spivey, Abby Burt, Andrew Burt, and Peyton Pierce; and two great great grandchildren: Walker Bockman and Trace Bockman.

A private family burial will be held at Hackler Cemetery. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Her family wishes to thank everyone for the continued prayers.
