Patsy Boyd (Pat) Robinson passed away on November 7, 2021 at Merit Health River Region.  She was born on January 28, 1939 in Holly Bluff, Mississippi to the union of Andrew Franklin Boyd and Edna Earl Johnson.  She lived in Vicksburg, and was a member of Northside Baptist Church.  She worked for the VA Hospital, in Gulfport and Jackson for 20 years and worked as a medical transcriptionist for River Region Medical Center.  She also worked at the Warren County Health Department.  She loved being with her family, gardening, going to Levi's (with Jack Hearn) and going to the Senior Center.  She was the Valedictorian of her Graduating class in Holly Bluff.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, James Marion Boyd, of Vicksburg and a sister, Geraldine Boyd Harris of Rayville, Louisiana.  She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Boyd (Jamie) Davis of Tupelo, Mississippi; and her children, Beverly (Tommy) Cooper, Donna (Gary) Vines, Pamela (Charles) Houston, Frank (Joann) Johnson, all of Vicksburg.  She has ten grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, three  great-great grandchildren  and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue, from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.  Service will be held at 11 a.m. with Allen Felker officiating.  Bro. Scotty Swillie will read the obituary.  Interment will be at 2 p.m. at Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City, Ms.  Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Kurt Vines, Jason Cooper, Bryan Hufty, Dylan Johnson and her great grandsons, Chase Stevenson and Trae White.  Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Samuel Pierce and her nephew, Forrest Boyd.
