Peggy Ann (Shingler) Luther, of Vicksburg, Mississippi, passed away on April 22, 2021. She was 72.

Peggy was born in Vicksburg on July 21, 1948 and was the daughter of Percy Eugene Shingler and Alice Pearl Barrentine Shingler.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ricky Dale Shingler.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 37 years, Robert Terry Luther; three brothers, David Eugene Shingler (Debbie), Donald Ray Shingler (Netta), Michael Wayne Shingler (Nancy); and one sister, Teresa Lynne Shingler Beard (John), and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks for the wonderful help and care given by the nurses and staff at Merit Health River Region and The Bluffs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.

A Memorial Service will be held later.
