Richard Lee "Ricky" Arnold died Thursday, April 29, 2021. He was 43. Born in Jackson, he had been a resident of Vicksburg since childhood. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Iraq. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed anything outdoors and spending time with his grandchild and his dogs.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Casey LaRee Arnold. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Arnold; his mother and step-father, Debra and John Erwin; his father, Roy Lee Arnold, Jr.; his children Hailey Arnold, Hunter Arnold, Tyler Smith, and Ronald Wheeler (Alissa); his brother, Robert Arnold (Evette); two sisters, Jennifer Arnold and Denise Arnold; his nephews, Ethan Mendoza and Dalton Arnold; his nieces, Bella Mendoza, Brianna Arnold, Casey Crenshaw; and his grandson, Joseph Kackley, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue. Visitation will be from Noon until the hour of service.

The wake will be at 2150 Glass Road, for anyone who wants to attend.
