Rita Carol Dickerson, 65 of Vicksburg, MS passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023, at the River Oaks in Flowood, MS. She was born Sunday, April 27, 1958, in Vicksburg, Mississippi.  She enjoyed and was proficient at crocheting.  She enjoyed music, had a sweet spirit, and loved her family.  She received the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior about 1984.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Fisher – Riles Funeral Home in Vicksburg, MS.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 at the funeral home at 1:00 PM.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg, MS.  Tony Monk  will officiate. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Thomas Dickerson; and her grandmother, Madie (Maw) Baker.

Survivors include her mother, Bertha Ann Baker Breedlove; sister, Lisa Monk and husband, Tony; brother, Thomas Dickerson; stepfather, Bobby Breedlove; a number of nieces and a nephew; and a great niece and a great nephew.
