Robin Millett Holmes passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022.  She was 80.

Born in Harold, South Dakota, Mrs. Holmes made her home in Vicksburg since 1979.  She retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg, District.  Mrs. Holmes was an original member of The Lutheran Church of the Messiah.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Thomas Holmes, two daughters, Karen Robey (Brian) and Rebecca Viney (Shawn), four grandchildren, Christopher Viney (Katie), Laura Robey Schroeder (Tyler), Melissa Robey Ervine (Tyler) and James Viney, four great grandchildren, Emily Viney, Chelsea Viney, Sawyer Schroeder, and Finn Schroeder, and twin sister, Rae Millett Eikert.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and RobertaMillett and brothers, Dean Millett and Gary Millett.

Services will be at 2pm on Friday October 28 at The Lutheran Church of the Messiah, 301 Cain Ridge Road, Vicksburg, MSwith the Rev. Rick Sawyer officiating.  Burial will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery, 191 Highway 80, Vicksburg, MS. Visitation will be from 1pm until the service on Friday.
