Rosie Lee Vickers Ashley passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the home of her son, Calvin Ashley of Utica, MS.   She was 103.  Born in Alabama, Rosie was the daughter of Ben and Grace Sanders Vickers.  Rosie was married to George Ashley in 1933 and was of the Baptist faith.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, George Ashley and Charles Frederick Ashley; husband, George Ashley.   Survivors include her 10 children, William Ashley, Pearl Nevels, Calvin Ashley, Robert Ashley, Ruth Hight, Nell Graham, Agnes Anderson, Alvin Ashley, David Ashley and James Ashley; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and  numerous nieces and nephews.  Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16 at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Ashley officiating.  Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be  Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be Roy Ashley, Eric Ashley, J.D Rees, Jr. Rees, Hunter Ashley and Dustin Ashley.
