Samuel Franklin McMillin of Vicksburg,  passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at his home.  He was 63.  He was the son of the late Frances Helen Freda McMillin and James Samuel McMillin.  He was a mechanic by trade.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Rose Marie Elliott.

Survivors include one son, James Landrum;  his siblings, Bennie McMillin, Noble McMillin, Matthew McMillin, James McMillin, Jr., Gus Murray, Patrick Murray, Tony Murray and Frances Murray Whitehead.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 17 at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 5000 Indiana Avenue, followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m.
