Talmadge Steed passed into glory, in peace, on November 23, 2018 at the age of 83.Talmadge was born in Cleveland, MS on February 8, 1935 to the late Monroe and Molly Steed.He had sixteen (16) treasured brothers and sisters. Talmadge Steed was a man of few words; he loved God, family, friends and country.He retired from Marathon Letourneau after many long years of dedicated service where he made everlasting friendships.He would wish that you spend time with your children, be with your loved ones and appreciate enduring friendships, lifelong and beyond.He lived for his family, and his family lived for him.
Visitation will be at Riles Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 27 from 9 am to 11 am.Funeral Services will start at 11 am. with the Reverend Bryan Abel and Reverend Jack Demoney officiating.Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery in Vicksburg, MS.Pallbearers will be his beloved nephews with honorary pallbearers being his nieces.
