Tully Edward Woods born September 13, 1961 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Passed away November 15, 2022. He loved his dogs, being outdoors and deer hunting. He had a strong relationship with his God as well. Tully is survived by his sister Sandra Woods Horton(George) and his brother Ricky Woods(Alva), along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Marvin E. Woods and Cecelia Morse, his grandparents James E. and Carolyn Morse and Tullie and Gladys Woods.
