Willie Mae Wooten, lifetime resident of Vicksburg, Ms., passed away Sunday July 5, 2020 of kidney failure, at the home of her close friends, The Patterson's. She was 82 years old.
Mrs. Wooten is preceded in death by her husband, William H. (Harold) Wooten, her mother Nellie Moore, her great grandson Logan Gattenby and her son Tommy (Tom) Ray Nicholson Sr.; two great great-grandchildren, Hope Kitson and Chris Kitson.
She is survived by five grandchildren, Tammy (Joey) Griffith, Tommy Ray (Dollie) Nicholson Jr., Renee (Trevor) Norris, Thomas Nicholson and Thomasina Nicholson.  Services are Friday, July 10, 2020, at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home, 1830 Cherry St., Vicksburg, Ms. Visitation from 1 pm until service at 2 pm, with graveside to follow.
Pallbearers will be Joey Griffith, Eddie Jones, Michael Jones, Billy Wayne Noe and Billy Patterson.
